NEWS: Beady Eye has a new bass player.

RCA Records confirms that Jay Mehler will be joining Liam Gallagher's band on tour. The bass player has been playing with Kasabian for the past few years and though not officially in the band (as the cover of their latest album showed), he was considered a Kasabian member by the fans.

That puts an end to the rumours that's been growing for a few days but makes everyone wonder about the future of the Leicester band whose last album was quite disappointing to the fans and the media.
